I bought a 50Gigs space on iCloud and uploaded all my photos from my new iphone11 pro. Then i downloaded the iCloud on to my windows 10 PC and signed in.... its been 3 days but I cant see even a single picture in icloud on my pc..!!!
is there a different way i could see them.
how can i download those iphone pictures on to my pc..?

If you go to iCloud.com/Photos using a computer browser, do the pictures show there?
On the phone, try Settings/Your Name/iCloud and slide off Photos syncing. Wait a few minutes and then slide syncing on. Allow time for syncing to occur.
Last resort - have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?
