Hi,
We are planning to upgrade our MacBook fleet to MBP 16" but have postponed the order due heavily increased number of complains about sound "Pop" and Screen Ghosting.
Are these problems known to Apple? I cannot find any information.

its a crap display worst screen ive ever seen in a premium product, almost makes me want to jump ship but no idea what I can use instead.
overall, unsetting.
My MFG Date is 11/25 and my display is LP160WT1-SJA2 and have this issue. Going to return this unless Apple acknowledge it and offers a resolution as it is simply not acceptable for the price I paid for this machine.
Just a quick update, they're trying to figure out what's wrong with the machine at the repair shop but so far, they haven't found anything which is alarming.... - A note i didn't add to it before is when i was on the phone with the support team, they told me to boot it in safe mode. That kinda ****** up the whole machine and made it so laggy it was unuseable, when i rebooted the machine as normal it went away, very weird. Have any of you experienced anything similar?

I agree. Before I read about ghosting I had no problem but now everything ghosting more or less.
All MBP 2016-2019 ghosting. I tried a fancy DEL computer some days ago (cannot remember the model) and it had about same ghosting level as the MBP 16". I compared them side by side in the shop.
I guess I have to live with the ghosting problem and move on with my life. What is the alternative?
Wait for next generation MBP? No, we have no idea what that would be.
In the range of 2016-2019 MBPs, the new 16" is probable the best MBP, by far.
I am still very interested to hear about ChristianBonde's new MBP when he gets it back from repair.

I do not believe that there is a quality control unit in Apple for displays. This ghosting smearing issue continues since 2016 touch bar models and there is no improvement. This monitor is not a photograph viewer this is a dynamic image viewer but Apple does not care this.
Also had this issue, went back for a full refund in the store because of this. Unacceptable for 3200$+.
Will re-order when Apple confirms a fix.
