last backup?

OK so I seem to have forgotten my passcode and need to restore my phone.

Where can I go to see if my photos were all backed up?

If you enabled iCloud Photos, your pictures should be in iCloud (check accessing iCloud.com on a computer).

Shouldn't be this case, and if you created a backup via iTunes on your computer, your data (pictures included) should be on that backup. No backup = No recovery, sorry.
