Apple tv

After enabling two factor verification my Apple TV will not recognize my Apple ID password. Therefore won’t let me sign into iTunes and the device is no longer listed in my choices of my devices. How can I disable two factor verification to get my Apple TV back?

Apple TV and 2 factor ID Since starting 2 factor ID, we have been unable to use our Apple TV. We get in this loop where Apple TV asks for our user id then password then sends us a text with authentication code (AC). We enter the AC and the loop starts again with no access to Apple TV. Our Apple TV software is up-to-date, but one is about 3 years since purchase and one approximately 5 years since purchase. Please help.
