citizens one - upgrade program

I purchased 2 iPhones. I went to pay off one of the iPhone loans (after 5 months) and the Citizens One representative told me that it would disqualify me from the upgrade program. Is this accurate?


Does anyone know where I can recover a copy of the load/upgrade agreement?


Does anyone know how to delete a credit card entry? Worst website ever.


I will also add my editorial comment about Citizens One - the worst website, the worst customer service, the worst telephone menu. FWIW they wouldn't accept my Apple MC and that is why I was paying off in total.
