"this item is temporarily unavailable try again later" on apple watch after software update

I had the same problem. I updated all of the apps on the phone, and the problem went away.

You need to fix this the only app that is trying to download is Apple store app.

Try this;

Open your Apple Watch app on your phone and go to “My Watch”

Go to Settings/General & turn off Automatic App Install.

Now go back to “My Watch” and scroll to the bottom to see “Available Apps”.

Any apps you see that are trying to install are the culprits causing the notifications!

Delete those apps from your phone, and if necessary reinstall them with your current Apple ID.

Turn Automatic App Install back on if necessary.

Same issue, except automatic updates wasn't turned on, turning it on and off still shows no apps trying to install.

Same issue but the fix didn’t work for me. I can’t even get it to go away by pressing ok. I also can’t turn my watch off.
