some routers keep wifi and Ethernet as 2 un-bridged networks

and one needs to bridge them in the router configuration for it to be 1 network

so it could be connected to the router but that network may not have internet access

Sorry but I am not very tech savvy so what should I try please, ther do not seem to be any options to show my router details?

Ethernet shows connected but comes not connected to internet. Used to work perfectly. Have tried reinialising but now cannot get past the set up screens?

Tv4. Ivan connect to internet with all other devices, iPhone, iPad etc. Amazon tv is ok.

have now tried to reset AppleTV but when I enter the code fro phone it just fails in the set up process. Have tried rebooting after disconnecting for a while. Not sure what else to try?
