I updated Catalina yesterday to 10.15.2. All seemed to be fine.
I played some music (via Apple Music) and subsequently realised that the screen saver hadn't started; this was the case several times. I happened to stop Apple Music and noticed the screen saver started. Since then this is the case every time. Anyone else experienced this?

FWIW, I don't see this. The screen saver starts as scheduled with Music playing. Which screen saver are you using? Try a different one.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I'm using a Photos album.
No need to be sorry. Just try a different screen saver.
