Adding to iTunes balance

I’ve been trying to upload balance to my iTunes account using my method of payment, an American Express card. When I select how much, and agree to the terms and conditions, a pop-up says my purchase could not be completed and to contact iTunes Support. A $1.00 fee was charged to my card though?

itunes balance of $25.00 ??? My itunes screen shows $25.00 in the upper right corner, but if this is a (gift card?) balance, I can't seem to use it. How do I go about using the balance? I'm using iTunes for Windows PC, BTW.

I just got redeeming an iTunes card I bought at the store. I payed 25$ I used the camera to loud the credit.
