I have apps that say I’ve downloaded them when I haven’t on my history

On my data or app history things appear that I’ve never even heard of . They say I’ve downloaded them but I never have . I’m confused as to how this happens . They are always dating apps or some kind of messege app. Some I’ve had in the past years ago but now all these new random ones appear and give me a recent time that I’ve “downloaded” them. My phones been glitchy as well I’m assuming it’s my carrier (the glitching). Most of the time I’m at work or sleeping at these times . So I’m extremely confused as to how “I’m” doing this when I’m too busy to even look anything up. I barely use my phone as it is because of my hectic schedule . Can someone please help me I don’t know if someone has access to my info or what’s going on but I’m getting tired of things being on my history that I’ve never heard or seen before until I research them . I even try redownloading them and try to hack them somehow and see if I can log into them to see if there are accounts that have my info on them and they always say user not found.

You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
