Creating a Shortcut to quickly get to the Keyboard > Text Replacement utility

I like to use the text replacement utility on my iPad but it’s a mess to tap through menus to get there. I would like to build a Shortcut with the Shortcut app. However, I can only script the Shortcut to open the settings app. I can’t see a way even with automation to go deeper and simulate a tap on Keyboard then a tap on Text Replacement then the + sign to add a new text replacement (and ideally paste contents of my clipboard into the Phrase field.

The goal is to say “create text replacement” and then all I need to do is assign the shortcut phrase and then save.

iPad Pro, iOS 13
