music names get messed up when transferred to iphone from music (13.3, 10.15.2)

WHERE are the names? What have you named all my music on my phone with the GENRE NAME? I have 50GB of music like this now. Hey wow you fixed transferring [some] album art in that last update BUT BROKE Naming oN all my FiLes ???? How can I fix this?

Steps to fixing this problem:

Wipe your iphone completely
Set it up again from scratch
Start transferring music again. Shouldn't take more than 3-10 hours because Catalina.
Yay, your album names are back.
Put up with the fact that now half your album art is missing again...
