Problem cancel Subscription

I accidentally subscribed to an app and this resulted in withdrawing amounts from my credit card while I tried to cancel it and this subscription still exists

May I cancel this subscription? And cancel my credit card from payment methods? And return these sums?

My Subscription Hello I have a question about my subscription. One hour ago Apple tried to withdraw money from my card in sum 19.99 dollars, but it failed, because I hadn't money on this card. As I understood, it was for Gradient unlimited app. I deleted this app and cancelled this subscription. but also can see this app in active. How can I change it?
