No service

i am using iPhone 7, last time i updated my ios to ios 12, my cellular data started to become ERROR, i can't use my cellular data cause it keeps saying no service in my bar. The first time, i try to reset my network settings and it works, my phone started to work as usual. But after a weeks it came back to an ERROR situation, so now i can't make a call, or anything else with my cellular data, i need to always use WIFI and it sucks. Please help me anyone:(

Have you tried to update your device to iOS 13.3, the latest iOS version?

or

Did you followed all the steps provided in this support guide?--> If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you get no help, see if your device is eligible for this repair program:--> iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues - Apple Support

i have tried to update to ios 13, but it can't be done, first i click install, and the ios 13 will be downloaded, but it can't be installed, it says "you are not connected to a network", but obviously i am using wifi, maybe thats because my cellular data.

I have tried to follow the step by reinstalling my phone but nothing happen, it didn't help. i am trying to reach out Apple cause from what i read, some people say that, this problem usually happen to iphone 7, but in my country, this thing is a little bit hard to be solved, but i am trying to reach Apple. thanks so much for your response. if you could help me in another way, i would be so thankful
