iPhone 11 lightning earbuds not working properly

I have brought a brand new iPhone 11 few days ago. Then I have noticed that, my lightning earbuds are not working properly.

When its plugged in, if I made / answer a call earbuds mic will not activate. The recipient will hear from the iPhone. But if I re plug the earbuds problem will be solved. (frequently occurs)

This issue will be OK after I re-plug the lightning cable for several minuets. After certain period of time problem will occur again.

Also I have tried my earbuds with my friends iPhone XS and it works fine.

Also I have tried his earbuds with my iPhone then also it works fine.

Sometimes if I play some music, even if I plug the earbuds the music will be played from the iPhone speakers. This issue also will be solved when I re plug the earbuds. (rarely occurs).

I can surely say that there is no any external damage on my earbuds. There is no any issue in the wire.

Phone is charging as usual.

I have found this same question on iPhone XR. But there is no any acceptable answer.

It didn't work and the second link I have already seen.

I cant catch exactly when does It is occurs. its really random. But occurs frequently.

Previously, I have used my new iPhone 11 by restoring the backup from my old 6S.

So yesterday I have restored the OS from the itunes and start it as a new iPhone (without restoring any backup)

Then I have tried several ways issue does not occurred.

But today the issue occurred again.

I was a on call about 20min(from the phone) and then I plugged the headset.

Booom, mic is not working.

Then I replug it. Then It works fine.
