How do I get pass the password that is set up for things like resetting and changing the restrictions? I just got a used Ipad and set up everything but cant get that password off.
You would need to restore the iPad to remove it. If you just got the used iPad, the seller should have removed all content and settings from the device before you receiving it. Contact the person who set up the passcode? Are you meaning iCloud information or a passcode? If it’s the iCloud password you need the only way is to have the original owner remove the iPad from their iCloud. Com/find my phone.
