After DaVinci Resolve round-trip: FCP X doesn't recognize crop any more

When you crop in FCP X, you can then expand the crop so it fills the frame again.

After a roundtrip the frame came with the small cropped image - no longer extending to fill the screen.

Setting spatial conform from fit to fill did nothing.

I am attaching a screenshot.

I have tried to transform, but it is impossible to do as the transform starts outside the image (see blue dots second screen shot)

One more problem has come up because of the roundtripping.

The original footage was 4096x2160, but the free version of DVR doesn't allow to export anything higher than 3840 pixels.

So I exported/rendered (to keep the length to width ratio) 3840x2026.

I set each project to exactly those 3840x2026.

But now I have a black frame around each picture - and the black frame also exports when I do a 1080p process for the client.

I am attaching a screenshot. The option "fill" is not available in the zoom options.
