Do all Apple Pencil 2nd Gen’s have the Apple logo and the word pencil on them? I just purchased mine and it does not have either! Is this normal? Did I just hit a rare batch that were missed? I feel like at $130 bucks, this should be one there!

Where did you buy it? From an Apple store or online retailer?
If the latter you may have gotten a counterfeit device. That said, I don’t use Apple Pencil so all I have to go on is this link

It charges and does work fine. Bit it bugs me a bit for some reason. I have an Apple Retail store nearby and will bring it in to see what they think.
I have the first gen as well on my wife’s iPad. The 2nd Gen I purchased last evening is for my iPad Pro. I am finally getting around to posting a picture of my 2nd Gen. Again, no logo, no Word “pencil” on it.

Yes it was in original packaging for certain.
I have the first gen. and it has no logo. Are you sure you got the second gen? It should look like this
