Iphone and iwatche keep asking password for random apple id

Hi, since I updated to ios13.3, my iPhone and my watch keep asking me for signing in for multiple apple id that are not mine. Each time i denie one, a new one pops up, but never for the same id. why is it doing that and how to make it stop. I know none of these apple id.

I see that you're being asked to verify different Apple IDs, none of which are yours, on both your iPhone and Apple Watch. I'm glad to help with this.


Sign in with your Apple ID -- If you haven’t already, double check that you're signed into iCloud and iTunes and App Store with the correct Apple ID on your iPhone and Apple Watch.


If you're using the correct Apple ID on both devices, please test the issue after each pair of steps.


Make sure that both your iPhone and Apple Watch are up to date:


If your both iPhone and Apple Watch are up-to-date, turn both devices off, then restart the iPhone first:


If the issue persists, unpair your Apple Watch from your iPhone, then set it up again:
