No public WiFi login prompt

Trying to login to hotel wifi and was given a username and password to use. When I first arrived it worked perfectly fine, was using wifi no problem. Wifi randomly stopped working so I forgot the network, rebooted my phone and reset network settings but I’m still not getting a login prompt. I’ve tried all the DNS things I read online but nothing is working..

Ipad won't show sign in credentials for new networks When I try to sign into a new Wifi at a location, I can see the Wifi but my sign in page never pops up. I can't log in to the new network. This happens at public and private facilities where there is a log in and password required.

WiFi connecting to open networks I have my WiFi “auto connect” disabled and WiFi disabled through control center but it will still auto connect to McDonalds or terrible public wifi for no reason. I don’t want the phone to connect to these because it gets confused by essentially connecting to a null network since the device doesn’t auto authenticate via 802.1x Also, these AP’s track mac address connections and device names. So basically they know phone names w/ mac repeatedly connecting to restaurants wifi. Why does this keep happening? It’s so bad.
