FaceTime feature doesn’t work correctly after upgrading iOS

After getting my Iphone 11 pro max and Downloading the new IOS

the FaceTime feature doesn’t work correctly Because I’d Receive a facetime audio or video call and when i accept the call the phone ends the call. I don’t have a problem with normal call though only FaceTime please help

You could try the following:

toggle facetime off/on in settings -facetime.
sign out of facetime restart the device and sign back in
Delete and reinstall the facetime app
turn of screentime and/or restrictions
reset network settings
