How to repair the Windows Boot Manager on Boot Camp ( Win 10 ) on dual OSX El Captain to boot into my Win 10 again

• • At first many thanks for your Reply, i appreciate it, above is a shot of my Macbook pro,

i can disable SIP according to your instructions, but i dont want to delelte the Win 10 Partition, bcs there is all my Datas on it,

• • i resized an deleted volume and wanted to insall Kali Linux on my Laptop , i copied the Kali iso image on the deleted space thought that would be regular and easy to install third OS on my SSD, i cant determine now which partitio i resized and so on.......

im now facing the problem that my Win10 Partition appears when booting and holding Option-Key , i can see Mac and Win Partitions both and can choose one of them, but when choosing Win10 , it leads to the Black Windows Boot Mananger Window where i can just choose the label Kali ( i think i renamed Part label with Kali from the command line during the process) and afterthen is nothing happen just a dash-flicking appears.....

i appreciate your advice as i noted that you are the most kompetnent Admin who can solve such complex situations.......

i tried to repair the windows 10 start boot as you mentioned above , but unfortunately without sucess, meassage appeared as follows,

at Startup Repair Blue Windows

This option is not supported on the operating system you have selected ( i allways had to select Kali as it appears to select)

please take a look at my previos GPTs before my win 10 got corrupted , perhaps it would be helpfull to solve......
