Update issue - iPad Mini has died and hard reset doesn't work

Today, when I plugged in my iPad, the screen was all white and showing Apple symbol. It froze on this screen. I did the hard reset procedure and now it doesn't turn on anymore.

A new hard reset has been tried to no effect.

Charge was close to full when it died. I have also connected it to charge but no change.

I tried to connect to iTunes but iTunes cannot "see" the iPad Mini.


Any idea, please...
