iPHONE 11 Max Pro Charging Issues

my phone is a few days old. i've tried using my lightening to USB charging cables on this phone and they won't work. they do charge every other iPhone, just not the max pro. The cables are Apple certified. At work we have communal cables and they will work...they are not Apple cables but certified Apple. i also have two actual Apple cords that won't work.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what is going on? I've already tried the soft reset, changing the USB accessibilty switch, making sure the port is clean.
