If i changed my password after i gave my personal information to a fake apple support email am i in the clear ?

What personal information did you give them? If a credit card number, contact whoever issued the credit card to cancel the card and request a new card be issued. If you gave them your Social Security number, contact Social Security for the procedure to change your number. Also contact the Credit Bureaus to freeze your accounts.
