About 2 years ago my phone got stolen whilst on holiday, and about a year after that random photos started popping up in my photos of a particular person. this didn’t seem too bad, as i deleted them and it stopped, and i even emailed apple. however, it has started again and idk if it’s to do with my phone being stolen but i want a way to get this guy out of my photos

You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
