imac freeze - here is the Etrecheck report

I have a 2015 iMac running OS 10.14.6 with plenty of storage available and 24 GB of RAM. For the last few months, I get random and frequent freezes - my cursor responds but the entire system freezes for 30 seconds, a minute, even two minutes. It is random, happens when I am working in different apps, and is not resolved when I restart my machine. Yes, I have many apps open at once - I use them all in the course of my daily work. Malwarebytes comes up clean. I ran Etrecheck and will post the results. One notable comment is "Runaway user process - A user process is using a large percentage of your CPU" but it does not tell me which user process is the problem. Nothing else appears to be of concern.

I hope someone can help me figure out what my next steps are. TIA

bztransmit 83.10 % (Backblaze)

Lacking additional information, that's a good place to start.
