I am trying to transfer my iphone6 phone number thru my carrier straight talk to my new iphone11pro and the said I need to get a new SIM card in order to do that. Doesn’t my new iphone have SIM card already? I couldn’t find what she was asking for in new phone which was a ICCID number but I found a IMEI number is that the same thing or where on new phone can I find one? please any assistance is appreciated. A new iPhone would only include a SIM card if you pre-ordered it with an identified cellular carrier. If you both it unlocked, then typically you would get a SIM card from the carrier when you sign up with them for service.
To find your iPhone's ICCID number, go to Settings > General > About
