macOS software update 10.14.6 stuck (Frozen)

I bought (MacOs Mojave version 10.14.6) last year. I updated it from High Sierra to Mojave 5 months ago.


I ve got message last week by System preferences that there is 1 update available. I tried to update it and it started installation download new update but suddenly stuck and frozen then I saw this note (( The request timed out. Ann error occurred while installing the selected updates))


I try again and again but it was the same issue.


Help me please

Timing out is usually caused by the Mac losing it's connection to Apples servers. If you are using WiFi try a cabled connection to your router, don't use the Mac while downloading, and if any other devices are sharing your connection, restrict them whilst the download is taking place. If there is still problems you can download the standalone updates from here,

https://support.apple.com/kb/DL2027?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US once downloaded double-click to install.
