Apple Watch Language

My Apple Watch messages is stuck in the Spanish keyboard and I can’t switch it back to English no matter what I do on my phone or in settings. How can I fix this?

Reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both. You might also try rebooting your iPhone as well.
