I am connected with wifi and have just downloaded the the new verison but getting this errror while installing

You most likely have another iOS version downloaded to your device that was never installed. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage then wait for your apps to populate below. Look for an iOS update and delete it. Now try to update again and it should work.
