Read Stories in News app

Does anyone know how to fix the “Read Stories in News app” in the news widget I have tried reinstalling, changing region and clearing iCloud backup of news to no avail. If someone has figured it out please let me know. Thank you.

P.S it used to work before perfectly with and without restrict stories enabled now it doesn’t with restrict stories from today enabled.
