Won’t let me downgrade storage plan

I upgraded my phone and then chose a bigger iCloud storage to back up the old one to transfer to the new one. Trying to downgrade the storage plan and it doesn’t give me the option.

Trying to downgrade storage plan. Apple won’t let me I don’t want hardly anything going to the iCloud so I want to reduce the amount of gigs I was forced to purchase in order to transfer data to my new phone. Now I can’t figure out how to bi-pass the 200gb storage!

downgrading icloud storage Upgraded my phone recently. Because of a broken port, I tranfesrred stuff to my phone through icloud and a had a 50GB plan. Don't need it now, but when I try to downgrade to the 5GB (free) plan it won't let me. As in, the 'DONE' button doesn't light up, only CANCEL. I cleared stuff from the drive so I've only got 3GB in use. I'm typing this after a reboot so no idea how to proceed.
