Files vs Books

I download user manual to access and read them on my iPad. But now I have the option to download to files.

I have older manuals that I need stored on the Books App. Which should I use, Files or Books? I seem to be unable to move files to Books nor able to move my older manuals in Books to Files.

I personally prefer to keep books in the Books app. To transfer you need to use she share icon. If moving from Files to Books the option is to Open in Books, and you must use the share icon again to Copy to Books. If moving from Books to Files use the Save to Files option.
