How to remove MorphVox Junior from Catalina

Hi all,

after removing MorphVox there is still remaining stuff, such as have the listing of the sound device in preferences and even in the sound menu item at the top bar etc.

There is a uninstaller on the page: https://screamingbee.com/Docs/MorphVOXMac/Faq But the uninstaller is doing nothing after open the file and putting in the admin pw.

What can I do to figure out how to remove this? In the past it was working according to an older thread here - I assume it has something to do with Catalina?

Thanks a lot. I really would like to have the listing in sound settings and menu item to be removed.
