I have an iPod Shuffle(4th gen).
I'd like my iPod Shuffle to "play songs in one album until I choose the next" instead of "playing all songs from all albums" on my iPod Shuffle.
Do I "create playlists in the iTunes" on my MBP, and "syne them with the songs" to my iPod Shuffle?
How do I do that? Moreover, once my iPod Shuffle is synced, how do I make it play different playlists(albums)?

Here is an Apple Support document on how to create a playlist in iTunes. While the document states that these are the steps for iTunes on a Windows PC, the same applies for iTunes for Macintosh.
Items are your songs. You will need to first import these song files into iTunes. From there you can convert them, add them to a playlist, and/or synchronize them to your iPod.

But how do I create Playlists? I have .AIFF files on my external hard drive, and I'm trying to convert some of them to 192 kbps . AAC files.

BTW, the songs in "All Songs" (default playlist of all the songs on iPod shuffle) that is created by the iPod Shuffle are not in correct order.
