Enter password on iwatch

I did a download on my watch and now it asks me to enter my Apple ID password. I’ve tried to enter on the watch but it keeps saying incorrect password. I’ve changed it 5 times and I still get the same answer. HELP.....

I changed the password on all my apple products and it still not working.
