I can't get the red apple logo on my screen after restarting my iMac. When I boot the Mac up, it will not get out of the red apple mode. Even if I try the safe mode boot or Mac OS utilities shortcut when you first start it up. Really frustrating, can someone please help?

I think you'll have to make a Genius Bar appointment, sounds like a hardware issue.
