Conditional Call Forwarding

I am using iPhone XS dual Sim 1. eSim and 2. physical sim card and I want to forward my calls from the eSim to the other Sim but only when the eSim is unreachable (e.g. the carrier don't have coverage).

Currently when I enable Forward option all the calls are forwarded.

So is there is a way to set a forwarding only when number is not reachable?

Thanks in advance!

These come along with carrier settings update on an iPhone. If you have updated your carrier settings released by you carrier, then you do not need those dialling codes on an iPhone.

Moreover, these call forwarding features works well with same carrier to carrier OR a Carrier to a friendly carrier. It is not spelled out by a Carrier explicitly. But it exists.

For example: Google Fi does not have Carrier Settings Updates on an iPhone they only have it for Android / Google Phones. For using iPhone with Google FI, one needs to update all carrier settings manually including APN settings, MMS Settings etc..

Everything depends on Country wise Carrier services

I know and when I asked them they said that call Forwarding option is supported.

I saw an article which says this:

"Activate Call Forwarding When Your iPhone is Unreachable - Enter *62* followed by the phone number(For instance, if your phone number is 1234567890, enter *62*1234567890#)"

I'm wondering is this something real or there isn't such an option for the iPhone

So if someone try it or know something more it will be nice to share.
