Iwatch 5+nike

I have an apple watch5 plus nike, it wont let me connect every time i try to connect it says there is a problem with your apple watch. This apple watch cannot be activated for service. Contact your carrier or apple care. Now this step comes right after the first portion when you try to connect the watch after you align the screen of the watch to your phone. Please help
