6.1.1 watch update fails to install

Trying to update watch 2nd gen to 6.1.1 and it verifies then cannot Install. I’ve followed instructions to remove and reinstall, updated and restarted phone and even wiped watch and reloaded. Keep getting message “unable to install update”. Any ideas

I solved mine. My phone that it was paired to is running a managed security protocol. It was blocking the installation. To solve the issue, I unpaired the watch from my phone. I then paired it to my wife’s phone and did the update. It went righ in. Then I paired it again and repaired it with my phone. Bingo!
