I have a problem with one of the apps from the App Store

The program is called Where are my children.

I bought them a "forever" subscription about a year ago.

I reinstalled the program, connected the trial period and disconnected the subscription, because I knew that they would withdraw money. and turned to the technical support service so that they would restore my subscription made earlier. they restored me a subscription "forever"

last night their program tried to illegally withdraw money from my card.

after I contacted their support team, they advised me to contact you to solve this problem and refund.

partially the money was withdrawn in the amount of $ 1. since I have a limit. and the system asks for another card to continue this illegal operation.

I ask you to return 1 $ back to my card from where it was debited, and cancel all actions that are associated with this.
