Icloud and Iphoto won't delete photos in safari

why does the icloud website keep jamming up every time i try to delete 1000 photos (limit for deleting). tells me the website is not responding...no support

When I want to uploadd photos to e.g. EBay I can I am using Apple Mac desk top OSX Yosemite. When putting items on Ebay and others I can only upload photos once and then I have to reboot the computer.Great waste of time.Any ideas of how to cure this? Delete photos in very less number from iCloud.com https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/icloud/mm08b49040b5/icloud

Hold shift key tap the first photo and then the last photo say it will be tenth photo .
