latest uconnect problem with messaging

I just did the last update on on uconnect for my Jeep, Bluetooth connects but my favorites don't populate on the uconnect screen now and i cannot do voice messaging.

Messaging and phone calling no longer works on Apple CarPlay Today the message and phone calling function stopped working on my Apple CarPlay in my Subaru. it worked just fine yesterday. I have changed no setting on my phone or in my car. Any ideas how to fix this problem. I have gone to the CarPlay setting on the phone and everything looks the same. I use the USB port, not the bluetooth function.

messenger is selecting landlines How do I get messenger from my mac or iPhone to select cell phone numbers when I type the person's name to initiate a text. It doesn't seem like I used to have this problem, now it is happening frequently.
