Iwatch constantly syncing

No, I haven't added any apps to the watch.

I do have ios 13.3.1 and watch is 6.1.3, but still happening. Hopefully you won't have any more issues!

Do we all need to get off the iPhone 7? I hate that idea.

Just started having this issue today, along with second time this week my watch suddenly is drained of battery.

Apple Watch Series 4 OS 6.1.3

Mine stopped doing it. I have no idea why. I’m getting a new phone, hoping it does not start the spontaneous syncing again!

Has anyone found a solution to this yet? I’ve updated both and have tried resetting, etc to no avail. I also have a iPhone 7 and series 3 watch combo.

I went a couple of months without an issue........but just when I thought it randomly resolved, it is now syncing for the 2nd time in the past week!

And I spoke too soon. The watch is now on its 3rd attempt to update just for today.

Since upgrading from iPhone 7 to iPhone XR about a month ago, I’ve had no issues with watch re-syncing. I’ll let everyone know if it does occur again.

I have very few third party apps installed on my watch, but I might give that a try - see if I can narrow it down if nothing else.👍🏼

And here we go again. Always near the end of the month. Has anyone actually had any help from Apple with this problem
