Mid-2014 Macbook Pro not starting

I can't remember exactly what OS it was running. I have a Macbook Pro that used to run just fine. I did a bootcamp Windows 10, but had already disabled it before it stopped working. I would provide a crash report, but the computer no longer consistently starts up. When I press the power button the fans spin, but there is no chime, the keyboard doesn't light up, and there is no display output. After leaving it discharging for months sometimes it will boot back up for a couple of minutes while charging it, but I haven't had enough time on it to identify an issue or reinstall the OS like I would like to do. I've tried resetting the SMC, but beyond that and cleaning out the dust I don't know what I should do to fix it.

Hi,

Try to boot in Safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac.

If your Mac doesn't Boot up in Safe mode, you'd better contact Apple support or make Genius Bar reservation or take your MacBook Pro to Apple Authorized Service Provider to check it up.
