My phone is not showing up on find my iphone

Hello everyone,

I had lost my iphone 8 plus and locked it though my ipad, 3 days later i got a text message saying that my phone was found and every-time i click on the link it redirected me to https://www.icloud.com/ the link looks like this -> https://my-appleid.com/findmy/?auth=948

I signed in and go on find my iphone nothing is listed there for me anymore. I was wondering am i able to get where the last location of the phone? Or is the phone gone completely. I don't even see my phone as lost anymore just my other phone and ipad showing up now.

Apple do not send out text message on lost iPhone.

After 3 days, Find My iPhone will not give you the location.

The finder could switched the iPhone OFF or battery died, ...

You got scam, Apple do not send out e-mail for lost device.

They're trying to trick you to give out your Apple ID & password to unlock your lost iPhone.

Best you change your password now: Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support

I did lose my iphone 8 plus, i don't know if the text message is really telling me if they found it or not. I did go on find my iphone and its not listed anymore.
