Mail preview on the Mac using Catalina shows only the header line.
I have changed mail preferences to 2 lines but it does not change.
I tried closing down and rebooting. It says 2 lines but I get none.
This feature works ok in my iPhone and iPad.

What about toggling 3, 4, or 5 lines? Anything

I have rebooted.
Software is up to date.
I have tried toggling.
Nothing.
Was always 2 lines until a technician changed it whilst working on some fixes.
Have emailed him several times but haven't received an answer.
Have rebooted. Have tried toggling. Nothing. Still have just the single line.
The technician that made the change is visiting my office tomorrow.
I will challenge him with the problem.
Still keen to hear from anyone out there that can help.
