MacBook Pro 15" 2018 screen burn

Hello i have a problem with my screen, on my 15" MacBook Pro.

It seems, that the Colors changed. The whites are very bright, like a bad color rendering.

As well some of the image burned onto the screen, like in the old days.

I did try to reset SMC and reset NVRAM/PRAM. It did nothing to the problem.

Has anyone seen this problem before?

I am running version 10.14.6
