Deleted Hotmail account off IPhone Mail, now the account is permanently deleted

Hello!

as the title says I was trying to delete my hotmail account off my iPhone email list of accounts and then when I tried to log onto the email address in my safari browser, it says the email does not exist!

I am freaking out since this email is my main email, and I use it for everything.

is my account deleted for good or is there some way to retrieve it? Please help
